1. Register
To register on the CIBC Partner Rewards Plan (PRP) program, you must be working with a Mortgage Advisor. If you are currently not connected to an Mortgage Advisor, find a local Mortgage Advisor Now. When you are ready, complete the online PRP enrolment. You will be sent a unique PRP Member ID via email.  Give your PRP Member ID to your CIBC Mortgage Advisor so they can record every client referral you make to CIBC.
2. Refer
When you refer clients to your CIBC Mortgage Advisor, they will provide personalized advice to help your clients with their unique mortgage needs.  Your Mortgage Advisor may start the process with a covenant pre-approval so you will know exactly how much your clients can afford to spend on their new home. After the clients’ offer has been accepted, your Mortgage Advisor will work on the final approval so you can finalize the deal. Together, we will help clients realize their goal of home ownership, while also growing your business with loyal and satisfied clients.
3. Rewards
After the clients’ qualified mortgage advances, you will receive an email notification that your loyalty points reward, for the full amount of the client’s mortgage, has been posted to your CIBC PRP Account. You can choose to accumulate your points or  redeem using one of the two redemption options; an extensive online catalogue of gift cards and merchandise, or My Rewards, our Personal Redemption option that offers you the ability to purchase whatever you want from any Canadian retailer or service provider and be reimbursed for all or part of the cost of the reward, depending on the number of points you have available.1

For our non-points members, you will be recognized for your collaboration with CIBC with invitations to exclusive events and business development activities to help grow your business.

Earning Points

Earn 750 points2 for every $10,000 of mortgage principal resulting from each qualified mortgage referral, uncapped - the larger the mortgage the more points you will earn. With rewards starting at as few as 2,124 points, the opportunity to earn the rewards you want are great. 

Online Catalogue

CIBC PRP offers a dynamic online catalogue from which you can choose a variety of rewards including, flights or vacation packages; a large selection of gift cards in varying denominations; and brand-name merchandise with regular new additions and special offers added to the catalogue.

My Rewards

If you can't find what you want in our online catalogue, My Rewards will help you get exactly what you want. Our personal redemption service gives you the flexibility to purchase what you want from any Canadian retailer or service provider* and reimburses you all or part of the cost through your available program points.
